Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. "Green Label" - 250 ml

The entry-level product of our company.

Made from a mixture of cooked grape must and wine vinegar, aged for one year in our large capacity oak barrels. The colour is light brown, the taste is intense and acidulous. 

It's suitable for everyday use, but also for cooking preparations, marinating and use during cooking.
