Il Vignola - Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - 750 ml

€89,00

An excellent product dedicated to one of the most famous architects of the Renaissance, Jacopo Barozzi, and to his hometown, Vignola.

Available only in the 0.75 L magnum format.

With a shiny brown color, with amber reflections given by the Trebbiano grape, the nose is fruity and slightly pungent.

On the palate it opens with an intense fruity, harmonious, with notes of ripe cherry and red fruits; the acidity is balanced and well integrated. On the finish spicy notes and long persistence.

Jacopo Barozzi was born in 1507 in Vignola (Modena).

He is the author of works of great value and elegance throughout Italy and writes one of the most influential architectural treatises ever. Right in his hometown he leaves one of his most important projects: the "spiral staircase", inside Palazzo Boncompagni.

The Sereni family wanted to dedicate a unique and prestigious Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP to the "Vignola".
