Extra-Virgin Olive Oil obtained from olives cultivated in the clayey hills of Villabianca, Modena, in the Family Sereni’s farm.
It is thanks to the particular “amphitheater” shape of the farm, Olive trees have grown healthy and in ideal climatic conditions, resisting even the most harsch winters.
In modenese dialect "Dòlz" means "sweet". It's our most delicate oil, obtained with a blend of olives collected between October and first days of November.
The colour is goldish with green reflections, fruity in taste and smell, delicate, soft, with sweet and almonds scents.
