A tribute to the typical fruit of Vignola, the town of origin of the Sereni family. 

The product that Attilio Sereni loved to use it on his salads for years, along whit a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt. 

A long ageing process in prestigious cherry barrels gives to this Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. a dark brown colour with red reflexes, an intense and spicy scent and the typical freshness and sweetness of the ripe cherry. 

Suitable product for salads, excellent on fresh and filled pasta, vegetables or mushrooms soups; boiled, grilled, roast or cacciatora meats. 

Without the addiction of caramel, thickeners or colouring agents.
