GRAPPA OF LAMBRUSCO GRASPAROSSA
Obtained by our farm grape-pomace
Following the harvesting and pressing of our Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes for the production of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, we transform the pomace into a fragrant single-variety grappa.
A delicate and fruity, aromatic scent, as well as warm and full-bodied flavors, with an aftertaste of apple and pear.
Alcoholic content: 40% vol.
