Extra-Virgin Olive Oil obtained from olives cultivated in the clayey hills of Villabianca, Modena, in the Family Sereni’s farm.
It is thanks to the particular “amphitheater” shape of the farm, Olive trees have grown healthy and in ideal climatic conditions, resisting even the most harsch winters.
Obtained with a blend of olives collected between September and first days of October.
An Oil rich of polyphenols, goldish colour with green reflections. The taste is intense and persistent, fruity, pungent, with a slightlty bitter and spicy aftertaste.
On tasting, notes of artichoke, pine nut and almond are perceived.
Suitable on meat, spaghetti and pasta of all kinds, bruschetta and crostini, tasty vegetables.
Excellent combined with our Balsamic Vinegars.
His flavour is intense and we suggest it for lovers of stronger oils.
