Refunds
You have 12 hours from the time the order is sent to cancel your order for free.
To start a refund, you can contact us at info@acetaiasereni.com. If your refund is accepted, we will refund entirely your payment within 7 working days on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If we accept your request we will ship you back the right item within 7 working days.

Rimborsi
Hai 12 ore dal momento dell’invio dell’ordine per cancellare l’ordine gratuitamente.
Per avviare un rimborso, puoi contattarci via mail all’indirizzo info@acetaiasereni.com. Se il tuo rimborso viene accettato, noi rimborseremo l’intero importo entro 7 giorni lavorativi, con lo stesso metodo con cui hai effettuato il pagamento.
Per favore ricorda che la tua banca o la tua carta di credito può richiedere ulteriore tempo per processare il pagamento sul tuo conto.
Danni alla merce o problemi
Per favore ispezione il tuo ordine appena lo ricevi and contattaci immediatamente se uno o più articoli sono difettosi, danneggiati o se hai ricevuto un articolo errato, in modo che noi possiamo valutare il problema e risolverlo.
Se accettiamo la tua richiesta, ti rispediremo la merce corretta entro 7 giorni lavorativi.
