AGED BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA P.G.I. “Cherry”

Made from Trebbiano grape must, cooked over direct heat and blended with well-matured wine vinegar, this vinegar is produced each year in a limited quantity. Syrupy, with a dark and shiny colour and sweet and sour taste.

Pleasingly aromatic thanks to the ageing exclusively in cherry wood barrels.

AGED BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA P.G.I. “Black Label”

Product obtained from the maturing in oak barrels of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grape must cooked over direct heat and aged wine vinegars. The mixture remains for a minimum of 3 years in oak barrels, boosting all its aromas. A fresh product with balance is therefore obtained, suitable for everyday use.

Product obtained from the mixture of cooked grape must and fresh wine vinegar, aged for a year in our oak barrels.
