SPARKLING, DRY, RED WINE
It comes from our hilly and clayey vineyards in Castelvetro di Modena, about 150 meters above sea level.
After careful manual harvesting in boxes, the grapes are pressed with a soft press and refined in concrete; the second fermentation takes place in an autoclave in the following 6 months.
On the palate it is dry, with floral and berry scents. The finish is sweet and round with a good flavor that always calls for another glass.
Excellent to accompany appetizers and first courses, such as fresh and stuffed pasta.
