Smooth in its consistency, with a straw yellow colour. Its aroma is fruity and initially acidic, then softens into a pleasant vanilla note given by the refinement in ash barriques.
On the palate it enters with sweetness, soft and delicate, with a finely acidic note and an aftertaste of white fruits and green apple.
