“The black that goes with everything”. Seasoning with “Etichetta Nera” means not settling and creating a perfect harmony of flavors and aromas, given by the refinement of the product in oak barrels.
Excellent on salads and vegetables thanks to the acidity well balanced with the sweetness and the intense, pleasant aroma. A few drops on the radicchio are essential; contrasts the fatty parts on the meat; on fish, if well dosed, it enhances its flavour.
