Extra-Virgin Olive Oil obtained from olives cultivated in the clayey hills of Villabianca, Modena, in the Family Sereni’s farm.
It is thanks to the particular “amphitheater” shape of the farm, Olive trees have grown healthy and in ideal climatic conditions, resisting even the most harsch winters.
Obtained with a blend of olives collected between September and first days of October.
An Oil rich of polyphenols, goldish colour with green reflections, fruity and pungent with a pleasant bitter and spicy aftertaste.
